Sera-Brynn collects personal information about its business partners, vendors, and customers that seek to be and are in a relationship with us. With a few exceptions, this information is limited to the kinds of information that can be found on a business card: first name, last name, job title, employer name, work address, work email, and work phone number. Our website features three plug-ins for easy sharing and following our social media pages: LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Being on our website does not automatically result in sharing data on these social media networks. These plugins remain inactive (idle) until clicked. Once clicked, you will be taken to the social media site, with their own privacy notices.

Sera-Brynn has its headquarters and offices in the United States. In the ordinary course of business, we sometimes receive personal information of EU, United Kingdom, and Swiss individuals such as clients and prospective clients. The information we receive typically consists of names and business contact information. We use and share such information to enter into and fulfil agreements, for legitimate business purposes, and as needed to comply with applicable laws.
Further, in the normal course of business operations, we sometimes have access to or receive personal information residing on client networks. We use such information for legitimate business purposes and to fulfil contract obligations. Where such information is transferred to use from the EU, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Sera-Brynn handles this information in accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles.
Pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, EU, United Kingdom, and Swiss individuals have the right to obtain our confirmation of whether we maintain personal information relating to you in the United States. Upon request, we will provide you with access to the personal information that we hold about you. You may also correct, amend, or delete the personal information we hold about you. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data transferred to the United States under Privacy Shield, should direct their query to firstname.lastname@example.org. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will provide an individual opt-out choice, or opt-in for sensitive data, before we share your data with third parties other than our agents, or before we use it for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Sera-Brynn’s accountability for personal data that it receives in the United States under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, Sera-Brynn remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Sera-Brynn proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Sera-Brynn commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. If your Privacy Shield complaint cannot be resolved through the above channels, under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration for some residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms.
