Sera-Brynn Announces Original Investor as Executive Vice President for Federal Services

Morthland, an original investor, to the management team as the Executive Vice President for Federal Services. Mr. Morthland will manage the company’s business strategy and development efforts supporting the Federal and Department of Defense cybersecurity compliance services market.

Morthland brings over 30 years’ of operating executive, senior managing consultant, and program manager experience in integrating client support and corporate business operations, ensuring profitability and expanding client footprint of large programs providing tech-enabled services, requirements assessment, and business process reengineering across industry and government. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years in the Special Operations community, retiring in 2009 as an Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict.
