The Privacy Shield designation confirms that Sera-Brynn complies with the framework for the private and secure transfer of personal data from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States.

Before receiving the certification, Sera-Brynn completed the rigorous process to align its privacy practices and policies with the framework. Other Sera-Brynn certifications include FedRAMP 3PAO, PCI QSA, and others covering incident response and data breach handling.
